1. Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your vacation, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds will be provided (where applicable) according to booking supplier cancellation policies, which may include fees depending on when you cancel.

2. Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your vacation, it will only be done at the direction of the booking supplier utilized to book your vacation, and handled according to their cancellation policies and procedures. 

3. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed according to the booking supplier refund process where applicable. 

4. Exceptions: Please note that certain services or products may have their own refund policies, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
